Terms of use
Authorized use of DMARC123.
Effective July 20, 2026. These terms govern access to DMARC123, a service built and operated by PM Technologies.
Authorized accounts
DMARC123 is available only to users authorized by the service administrator or their organization. Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, change temporary passwords, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Domain authority
Users may configure and review only domains they are authorized to manage. The service does not grant ownership of a domain, DNS zone, mailbox, report stream, or third-party account.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to access another account, bypass authorization, disrupt service operation, abuse external DNS or blacklist providers, upload unlawful material, probe infrastructure without authorization, or use the service to facilitate harmful activity.
Configuration responsibility
Generated DNS records, policy previews, validation results, and report classifications are operational tools. Domain owners remain responsible for reviewing changes, understanding their mail environment, coordinating with legitimate senders, and publishing records through their DNS provider.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Features and third-party data sources may change. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve data and continuity, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
No warranty
DMARC123 is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed deliverability, threat detection, or regulatory compliance, to the extent permitted by law.
